In the 2024 - 2025 school year, with a sense of responsibility, initiative and creativity, Nghe An Provincial Political School has achieved many good results in training, fostering cadres, scientific research, summarizing practices, building teams, organizing apparatus and exceeding assigned targets and plans, gradually meeting the criteria of a Level 2 Standard Political School.

In particular, in the 2024 - 2025 school year, the Provincial Political School has 9 PhDs, 5 PhD students, won 1 B prize in the Political Essay Competition on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation at the Central level, 2 lecturers achieved excellence in the National Excellent Lecturer Competition of political schools in provinces and centrally run cities; participated in 2 state-level scientific topics, coordinated the organization of 6 provincial-level scientific seminars, advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue a project to build a team of experts in political theory, along with many important leadership and direction documents on training and fostering cadres; was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

Entering the 2025-2026 school year, the Provincial Political School is united and determined to continue to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate training and fostering activities for cadres; strengthen scientific research, summarize practices; build a team of cadres and lecturers who are politically steadfast, professionally proficient, have ethical standards, are dedicated to their profession and are attached to the school.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged, commended and congratulated the outstanding results of the Political School in the 2024 - 2025 school year.

At the same time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the 2025 - 2026 school year takes place in the context of our country entering a new era of development, comprehensive digital transformation and organizing the implementation of two-level local government; is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, requiring the staff to be standardized in terms of theoretical level, leadership - management skills and political and ideological qualities.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that in the work of training, fostering, scientific research and summarizing practices at schools, it is necessary to link with major policies and guidelines of the Party and State.

In particular, focusing on the "four pillars" including: Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution 59 on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66 on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era and Resolution No. 68 on private economic development.

Regarding the tasks for the 2025-2026 school year and the coming time, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that the school needs to focus on creating truly effective and practical changes in studying, researching, applying and creatively developing Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, and the Party's innovation in the new situation.

Proactively update new content in accordance with the functions and tasks of the political system's organizational apparatus, while effectively integrating the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws into teaching and training to improve political qualities, revolutionary ethics and practical action capacity for cadres.

Strongly innovate training and development activities for cadres in the direction of linking theory with practice, updating new knowledge and skills according to job titles, diversifying training types and innovating cadre training programs to meet new requirements.

Continue to effectively implement solutions to build and develop a team of qualified lecturers, leaders and managers with revolutionary ideals, political qualities, ethics, skills and methods to meet the requirements of performing the school's tasks.

Continue to innovate the leadership methods of the Party Committee and the management of the Board of Directors, improve the effectiveness of consulting and the capacity to perform tasks of departments and offices; Build a democratic, disciplined, civilized, modern, responsible educational environment rich in Party spirit among the staff, lecturers and students.
