Detecting illegal explosives transport

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 19, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) announced that it had just detained and processed a subject for illegally transporting explosives.

The subject discovered illegally transporting explosives was Nguyen Van Kieu (born in 1967, residing in Hamlet 7, Quynh Xuan Commune, Hoang Mai Town), illegally transporting 400 detonators and 30 meters of slow-burning wire.

Evidence of illegal transportation of explosives

Through investigation, it was found that Kieu had hired another person to transport the explosives, so the unit decided to confiscate the infringing evidence and impose an administrative fine of 15 million VND.
