Nearly 10,000 "ecstasy" pills found in candy bag

Hieu put the drugs in 50 plastic bags mixed with candy and tea.

According to Hieu's initial statement, he transported drugs for a man named Hoang to pay off a debt. This was the second time Hieu transported drugs for Hoang.
