Two tigers found on North-South bus
(Baonghean.vn) - While patrolling on National Highway 1A, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (PC67 Department of Nghe An Police) discovered two tigers hidden in the passenger compartment.

The incident was discovered at around 7:00 p.m. on April 19 on National Highway 1A, through Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district.
At that time, the working group signaled to stop and check the passenger bus with license plate 51B-17537 while it was traveling from Vinh to Hanoi.
Authorities discovered two styrofoam boxes in the passenger compartment, inside were two black bags containing two tigers and two glass bottles containing a yellow solution.
Driver Nguyen Xuan Nam (residing in Nguyen Binh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa) and assistant driver Tran The Phong (residing in Quang Van commune, Ba Don town, Quang Binh) could not present documents proving the origin of the two tigers.
The driver also admitted to transporting the above goods for a man from Mien Dong bus station to Hanoi city.
Dien Chau Traffic Police Station made a record and handed over the driver and evidence to the authorities for handling.
