After implementing social isolation throughout the city from 0:00 on June 19, although Vinh City has arranged 13 checkpoints and dozens of blockades on branch roads, there are still quite a lot of traffic participants, with signs of violations. Therefore, on June 21, the City People's Committee had to issue urgent dispatch No. 4092/UBND-QLDT on limiting going out to prevent Covid-19.
