On the first day of the campaign, the delegation inspected Hop Thanh market and a number of grocery stores on Route 33. Through the inspection, the authorities discovered and seized more than 50 small bottles of coconut milk of unknown origin, a number of beef jerky bags registered in one place, produced in another place, and a number of snack bags of unknown origin. The delegation drew up a record to seize all of the above-mentioned food for destruction according to regulations.
The inspection will last until January 25. It is expected that about 50 establishments will be inspected during this period. The inspection contents include: business registration certificate; food safety certificate; standard declaration dossier; product label... especially establishments producing and trading products for Lunar New Year such as cakes, jams, candies, dried fruits, soft drinks...
