During the first day of the general inspection of road motor vehicles, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered that Nguyen Thanh H, a resident of Vinh City, Nghe An, was driving a Hyundai car and tested positive for crystal meth and ecstasy. The force imposed an administrative fine of 35 million VND and revoked his driver's license for 23 months.
