Bodies of a man and woman found floating in a fish pond
In a fish pond about 3 meters deep, people discovered the bodies of a man and a woman lying more than 10 meters apart.
On July 15, residents of Nam Son commune (Soc Son district, Hanoi) discovered the bodies of Cat Thi Hoa (27 years old, local resident) and Dang Ngoc Hai (45 years old, Long Bien district resident) at the bottom of a fish pond in Thanh Ha village. On the shore were two motorbikes suspected to belong to the two victims. The incident was reported to local authorities immediately after.

On the afternoon of July 15, the leader of Nam Son commune said that the fish pond was located right next to the inter-village road, about 3 meters deep. When discovered, the two bodies were more than 10 meters apart. "The female victim was married and had been working as a normal worker in recent days," the leader said.
The bodies of the two victims have been handed over to their families for funeral arrangements. Nam Son Commune authorities are working with Soc Son District police to investigate the cause.

Mr. Duong was found floating on the lake by locals. Before he died, the victim was carrying fishing gear.
