Body found on the roadside

(Baonghean.vn) -At around 8:30 p.m. on November 11, on Vinh bypass (block 13, Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city), people discovered a body lying on the sidewalk.

The information was then reported to the police.

Through crime scene investigation and autopsy to find the cause, the victim was identified as Vu Thi Tu Oanh (38 years old, residing in block 6, Hong Son ward, Vinh city, Nghe An).

Accident scene

Lieutenant Colonel Mai Chien Thang, Deputy Chief of Vinh City Police, said: "A preliminary examination found no unusual traces on the victim's body. A urine test showed the victim tested positive for drugs. The forensic agency is currently verifying the cause of death."

Because the victim's family moved to live in Hoa Khanh Nam ward, Da Nang city, the police informed the family about the incident.

As of 11am today, the victim's body is being protected by authorities at the scene.
