At store number 56 Hang Dau owned by Mr. Tran Tien Dung, the team discovered and seized nearly 200 helmets, 220 CR conformity stamps, 220 instruction stamps and 825 plastic cores for helmet production to be separated.
At the store at 57 Hang Dau owned by Mr. Do Xuan Vinh, the police also seized 550 helmets, 221 CR conformity stamps and hundreds of other stamps.
All helmets of the two stores above have no origin and no invoices or documents. According to the inspection team, leaving the CR conformity stamp separate and not sticking it on the helmet is a new trick to legalize substandard helmets. C. Dung
