(Baonghean.vn) -At 9:00 a.m. on January 31, the Provincial Police Department's Environmental Police Department inspected the ham production facility of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (born in 1977, residing in Trung Nghia block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city), and discovered that the raw materials were smelly and the production process did not ensure food hygiene and safety.
The force drew up a record and seized 3 tons of finished ham, frozen meat, and additives of unknown origin.
