(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 7, in Vinh city, the Party Committee of Military Region 4 solemnly held the 10th Party Congress of Military Region 4, term 2015 - 2020.

During the 2010-2015 term, the Party Committee of Military Region 4 led and directed the officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces to successfully implement and complete the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 9th Military Region Party Congress. At the same time, to ensure solid border security, comrade Ho Duc Phoc suggested that the Military Region direct the company to cooperate in investing in planting rubber and forest trees along the border belt with Laos and advise the government to invest heavily in border communes, build current safe zones, arrange surrounding residents to create a safe belt... Along with that, he suggested that the Military Region pay attention to domestic security, especially reactionary organizations to support local authorities in effectively fighting this type of crime.
