The backs of the green shirts are drenched in sweat, but everyone is highly determined because the road is wide and less bumpy. Secretary of the Quang Van Thieng commune union said: "This is a road that the district People's Committee is very interested in, so they support machinery and funds for the people and the Youth Union to build the road. Wherever the machines cut the mountain, the union members level it...".
