Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tan - Tri Le Border Guard Station - Que Phong reported at the conference. |
However, the presentation at the conference also clearly stated that there are still some officers and soldiers who take advantage of relationships to apply for favorable jobs, have a pragmatic and hedonistic mindset, and value personal income; there are also some comrades who are involved in social evils, causing damage to the reputation and image of soldiers.
Concluding the conference, comrade Le Thai Ngoc - Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Guard affirmed: Each young officer needs to identify the motivation and responsibility in self-study, training, and promoting the dedication of young soldiers on all fronts. It is necessary to harmonize the common and the individual, imbued with the revolutionary ideals and noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers. In addition, the commanding committees at all levels need to have a reasonable mechanism in managing and using the young officer team. In the arrangement and transfer, it is necessary to be democratic in accordance with the capacity and strengths of the cadres, with the motto of choosing people for the job, not choosing people for the job. It is necessary to do a good job of education, propaganda, management, and timely prevention of conditions that can easily give rise to negative phenomena.
