(Baonghean) - Established on September 30, 2013, up to now, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Party Cell has 17 party members, of which 3 party members are leaders of the committee, 14 party members work in 3 specialized departments: Department of monitoring internal affairs agencies, Department of monitoring anti-corruption work, and Office of the committee. After more than 1 year of operation, on May 22, 2015, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Party Cell held its first Party Cell Congress, term 2015 - 2020.

Since its establishment and operation, the Party Cell has focused on developing and implementing plans and measures to complete the targets and tasks set by the unit and the Party Committee of the Bloc. Party committees and party members holding leadership positions have developed work programs and specific plans, strengthened the direction and administration of professional tasks, and successfully completed political tasks in the fields of internal affairs and anti-corruption.

Leaders of the Board and the Party Committee of the Provincial CCQ Block presented flowers to the Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

Clearly defining the task requirements, over the past 2 years, the Party Cell of the Internal Affairs Committee has regularly trained and fostered the political qualities, moral qualities and professional capacity of Party members and cadres in the Party Cell with the highest requirements to meet the tasks of internal affairs and anti-corruption work in the new period. In the face of complex and sensitive difficulties and challenges, in the face of the trust as well as the requirements and demands of cadres, Party members and the masses, the Party Cell has promoted its role as the political nucleus, leading the implementation of the advisory work of the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on internal affairs and anti-corruption work.

The Party cell has led cadres, civil servants, workers and mass organizations to uphold the sense of responsibility, participate in building and effectively implement the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee in accordance with the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws. The Party members in the Party cell always uphold the sense of responsibility and capacity to fulfill their responsibilities for the tasks of researching, proposing, presiding over or coordinating to advise and propose the development of policies and resolutions and concretizing the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws; developing and appraising projects on internal affairs and anti-corruption work to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and decision; presiding over or coordinating with relevant agencies to propose to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee policies on the activities of internal affairs agencies: courts, prosecutors, judiciary, inspectors, police, military, customs, lawyers' association, etc.; Preside over or coordinate with relevant agencies to propose to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee policies and directions for handling a number of cases and lawsuits according to Party regulations and State laws...

Along with that is the leadership and direction in implementing the tasks of guidance, inspection, and appraisal; participating with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board on personnel work according to decentralization; participating with competent agencies in appointing a number of judicial positions according to regulations; performing a number of other tasks assigned by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board.

The Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has led and directed cadres, party members and employees in the agency to promote its position and role as the agency in charge, connecting and advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to direct the handling and resolution of many prominent, serious and complicated cases; advise on the handling and resolution of long-standing, crowded and complicated complaints; religious violations... Advise on the detection and handling of cases and cases related to internal affairs and anti-corruption; advise on the preliminary and final summaries of major topics, directives and resolutions of the Party on the field of internal affairs and anti-corruption...

It can be said that, although the time is not long, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has performed well in leading and directing the implementation of professional tasks to put the activities of a profound and sensitive field into effective operation, which has been evaluated and recognized by the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc. In particular, in 2014, the Party Cell directed and advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to issue 3 Directives: Directive No. 21-CT/TU dated September 3, 2014 on strengthening the leadership of internal affairs work to serve the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term; Directive No. 22-CT/TU dated September 9, 2014 on strengthening the Party's leadership in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; Directive No. 23-CT/TU dated September 9, 2014 on strengthening the Party's leadership in corruption prevention and control. For two consecutive years, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department Party Cell has been ranked as a clean and strong Party Cell.

In the coming time, the Party Cell will focus on implementing a number of basic directions and tasks: Continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Party's resolutions and directives, and the State's laws on internal affairs and anti-corruption. Direct the effective implementation of the role as a connecting, synthesizing, and advising agency for the Party Committee's leadership on internal affairs and anti-corruption. Focus on improving the leadership capacity of the Party Cell, promoting self-criticism and criticism in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 03 on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) on Party building. Improve the effectiveness of research, proposal, and advising on policies and guidelines on internal affairs and anti-corruption.

Continue to promote the leadership role, direct cadres and party members to perform well the advisory function on internal affairs and anti-corruption according to Regulation 183-QD/TW dated April 8, 2013 of the Secretariat; propagate, disseminate and educate party members and cadres in the agency to understand and implement well the directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on national defense, security and combating peaceful evolution in the new situation. Combine education on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought with the process of educating the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. Attach importance to education on patriotic traditions, clearly point out the peaceful evolution plot of hostile forces, thereby raising the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, fighting against negative manifestations, corruption and pragmatic, insensitive lifestyles.

Strengthening internal political protection work. Building a contingent of cadres and civil servants with political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, capacity, and a high sense of responsibility in staff and synthesis work. Continuing to build a clean and strong Party cell; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party cell and Party members. Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of the Party cell's inspection and supervision work on Party members, strictly maintaining Party discipline. The Party cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee is determined to gradually overcome difficulties and obstacles, improve leadership and direction capacity in building the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to be increasingly strong in all aspects.
