In 2014, the Youth Union and youth movement of the provincial agencies closely followed the programs and resolutions of the Youth Union to implement and complete the tasks well. Political and ideological education was promoted. Movement activities gradually went into depth, with practical activities such as: youth participating in scientific research, implementing administrative reform, building public ethics, young civil servants with office civilization.

The "Young Creativity" movement continued to be widely deployed among union members and youth with 20 projects and topics of high practicality and application. These activities have both spread and attracted a large number of union members and youth to participate; contributing to the implementation of the common tasks of the Party Committee of the Bloc, while affirming the pioneering role of the youth of the provincial agencies in the cause of national renewal.
