Developing high-quality human resource training facilities

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 18, comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Department of Education and Training and departments, branches, universities, colleges, and vocational schools.on the project "Developing high-quality human resource training facilities in the province by 2020".

Currently, the system of professional and vocational schools in the province has been approved and invested in construction, but the facilities and practice facilities have not met the needs of learners, and the team of highly qualified lecturers has not met the requirements. This affects the training quality of the schools, as well as not meeting the needs of labor use in the new period.

In order to implement Resolution No. 26 - NQ/TW dated July 30, 2013 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020, the project sets out a specific goal: to upgrade both the scale and training quality of existing universities and colleges so that by 2020, the province will have 13 universities, 6 colleges, and 4 vocational colleges, contributing more actively to training high-quality human resources for the North Central region.

Accordingly, continue to invest in upgrading Nghe An College of Culture and Arts, Nghe An College of Education, Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology and Technology, Nghe An College of Tourism and Commerce to universities. With specific solutions such as: Attracting investment in building universities and high-quality vocational training; Planning key training sectors; Having mechanisms and policies to attract staff and lecturers; Strengthening international cooperation and integration; Strengthening State management of universities, colleges, vocational training...

At the working session, after comments from departments, branches and schools, comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh emphasized: This is one of the extremely important projects of the province to implement Resolution No. 26 - of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020. The province identifies the development of high-quality human resource training facilities as one of the three breakthroughs. From there, rapidly develop human resources, focus on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of national education, closely link human resource development with the development and application of science and technology. Therefore, the Project must focus on effective solutions, focusing on training key occupations... To complete the project, there needs to be closer coordination between sectors. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Home Affairs to coordinate to complete the project as soon as possible.
