Recently, thanks to timely land allocation, Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has developed an orchard area of more than 4,174 hectares, in 2015, the company planted more than 300 hectares... Due to the need to serve production development, especially direct labor to take care of the orchard, the company has recruited many workers.
