(Baonghean.vn) -With the support of CHF and the Food Security and Poverty Reduction Network (CIFPEN), Nghe An Gardening Association has cooperated with the Vietnam Horticulture Promotion and Service Center (abbreviated as Vi Nong Center - TVN) to successfully develop a completely new multi-purpose Biogas technology model (Model BIOVAC - VINO) with many outstanding advantages.
The gas pressure is much higher than the Compuzit tank, the gas output can be controlled and carried over 300 meters for use, easy to build, after a short training course, anyone can build it; combined with a septic tank and a gas tank floor as a livestock barn floor; can use many input materials to produce gas (when not raising livestock, water fern, green leaves, agricultural by-products can be used to produce gas); superior scum breaking technology; the gas tank operates continuously, maintenance is easy and simple; cheap price, suitable for farmers' budget (from 800,000 - 900,000 VND/m3 of construction compared to 1,700,000 - 1,900,000 VND/m3 of Compuzit tank), and most importantly, the waste of the BIOVAC-VINO Multi-purpose Biogas Tank ensures environmental hygiene.
BIOVAC – VINO model, pig pen is built on the biogas tank floor.
This is a type of Biogas tank designed by Vi Nong Center, in coordination with the Gardening Association, to be built in Thanh Chuong District. Currently, the tanks are operating well, bringing convenience to homeowners, helping to develop and improve the efficiency of livestock farming, and effectively protecting the environment.
BIOVAC-VINO is also a tool to produce clean energy from green matter, agricultural by-products when livestock is no longer raised. This model is suitable for widespread development thanks to its outstanding features and low cost, meeting the requirements of current new rural construction.
