However, we have not yet fully exploited the potential, the productivity and quality of crops and livestock are still quite low compared to the national average. The organization of joint venture and association production is not yet effective, land use management is still inadequate... The project aims to exploit the maximum potential to build a comprehensive, fast, sustainable agricultural development, gradually shifting to commodity production. Making livestock farming one of the main industries, contributing to increasing export turnover. Strive for an average growth rate of added value of agriculture - forestry - fishery in the period 2013 - 2020 to reach an average of 4-4.5%/year.

At the meeting, many opinions suggested adding orange trees to the project, and reconsidering whether to add passion fruit and cassava; recalculating the production area for each type of tree, from there dividing and arranging suitable trees and animals. There is a need for solutions to build and develop the brand of Nghe An agricultural products.

Concluding the working session, Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the agricultural sector to absorb the comments of relevant departments and branches to continue to complete the project. Agreed to add orange trees to the project. In the project, it is necessary to clearly identify the main types of trees and animals to focus on investment and develop development plans. Conduct review, adjustment, and supplementation to improve the quality of planning and planning management for agricultural, forestry and fishery production in the whole province; promote the application of advanced and modern science and technology to improve the capacity and processing of agricultural, forestry and fishery products; develop agricultural services and innovate management mechanisms in the agricultural sector. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to solutions on markets and investment promotion, creating product output.
