The Provincial Library and the Provincial Border Guard Command have signed an agreement on the content and methods of coordination in the coming time with the goal of striving for all Border Guard stations to have bookcases by the end of 2012, and to build 1-2 libraries as model points to continue building more libraries in the following years.
