Philippines foils bus station bombing plot
Philippine authorities foiled a bomb plot targeting a bus station in North Cotabato province in the southern Philippines after arresting a suspect, local police said on October 5.

According to North Cotabato provincial police, a suspect was arrested after police received information that a bomb was going to be delivered to a bus terminal in Midsayap town.
The bomb was later discovered and defused./.
