"Lost in Hong Kong" is the sequel to "Lost on Journey" and "Lost in Thailand" in the "Lost" series that was very popular before. The film revolves around a middle-aged man named Tu Lai (played by Tu Tranh) who dreams of becoming a painter. One day, he decides to go to Hong Kong with his wife - Thai Ba (played by Trieu Vy) and her family.

However, no one knew that the purpose of this trip was for Tu Lai to meet his first love from college. Unfortunately, instead of a romantic vacation, it suddenly turned into an endless chase because Thai La La (played by Bao Bei Er) - Thai Ba's younger brother also went to Hong Kong at that time to make a documentary. And while filming this bustling city, La La's camera accidentally recorded some bad images of her brother-in-law...
