Film about Son Doong Cave wins award in the US

The film introducing Son Doong Cave produced by ABC has just won an award at the New York Flycam Film Festival held on March 5 in the US (local time).

The film about Son Doong Cave, which was shown on Good Morning America - Hidden World last May, won an award in the News and Documentary category.

On the event's official Instagram page, the organizers also updated the image of production manager Maria Stefanopoulos speaking after the award was announced.

A member of the show's production team named Visualaerials immediately left a comment expressing his joy: "We won! That's right!".

In addition, 12 hours ago, on his personal account, this member also posted a picture of Son Doong Cave with a caption about the film festival: “Today our ABC Good Morning America program will be shown at the New York Flycam Film Festival. I am very excited every time I remember the time I spent in the world's largest cave.”

The photo shows MC Ginger Zee standing on a giant stalagmite in the cave. The light shining from the space above creates an extremely majestic scene and highlights the lush green vegetation in the cave.

Many other accounts left messages of congratulations to the production team, while praising the wonderful beauty of Son Doong Cave.

The New York Flycam Film Festival takes place from March 4 to 6, 2016, with the aim of awarding impressive films made with flycams.
