At the meeting between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders at the department level and equivalent in provincial agencies, there were many opinions focused on exchanging around the implementation of mechanisms, policies, conditions, and working environment; wishing to contribute, be recognized, and develop in association with the work of organization, cadres, and Party building of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies.

Regarding the Party building work, comrade Phan Huu Loc - Head of the Department of Cultural and Family Lifestyle, Department of Culture and Sports asked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: To make the Party building work truly key, what direction does the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee give to the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies?

Discussing this content, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions and questions at the conference, which showed high intellectual content and responsibility.

These are both important, current and long-term issues that the province must address.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son affirmed that setting an example is very important. If cadres, party members, and leaders set a good example, the party organization will be good. However, setting an example is still facing difficulties and challenges.

That poses the question for each cadre and party member of how to overcome difficulties and challenges. Each of our cadres and party members' efforts to train and set an example is not easy.

To effectively carry out the role of setting examples, it is recommended that party organizations at all levels organize the review of role models to prevent bad examples from appearing and to identify and acknowledge good examples. Create a favorable environment for good examples and good people to be increasingly multiplied.

"I hope that after this conference, each of our cadres and party members will make setting an example a voluntary and regular task, and will have more and more exemplary activities and projects," said the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Regarding the implementation of the 6th Central Resolution, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the initial results of the Departments, branches, sectors, unions and provincial agencies in implementing the Resolution. The purpose of the Resolution is to innovate and organize the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently to better serve the people. From that purpose, it requires the construction, appraisal and better organization and implementation of projects.

However, implementing the Resolution requires determination because this is a difficult and new problem because in the process of handling it, we encounter many difficult and complicated problems that may arise such as personnel policy, staff arrangement, etc.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the work of developing female cadres is one of the important tasks in the Party's strategy. Therefore, to do this work better, the most important step is to evaluate cadres, because the evaluation determines the creation of resources, planning, training, promotion, appointment, and deployment. "Evaluating female cadres should be practical but not too narrow and strict to have more appropriate policies.

Building the brand of Nghe An labor resources

Regarding the discussion on human resources, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Currently, we choose 3 breakthroughs: institutions, infrastructure, and human resources.

“After listening to the discussion, I raised the question of whether we are determined to build the brand of Nghe An’s labor resources or not? Which industry, which unit, which locality will register? We focus on building Nghe An’s human resources. This is a long story and we have to do a lot of work” - Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized.

What we must pay attention to is the work of forecasting human resource needs, reviewing the education and training network; innovating and improving the quality of training facilities, training cooperation; better organization such as training with addresses, cooperation, and socialization in human resource training. At the same time, policies must clearly demonstrate the use of high-quality human resources.

Answering the question raised at the conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son said that the content of the question was the key message of Party building, this is a much-talked about issue but how is it absorbed into thinking and action?

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, we are currently facing great opportunities and challenges, with significant risks, so we must clearly identify and focus on Party building work.

"I am pleased to see that the Party Committee has made many remarkable advances in Party building work, but we hope to make Party building work better and better. To do better, I hope to have contributions from department leaders in provincial agencies, because many of them are not only leaders but also Party cell secretaries" - the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee shared.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son noted that for the Party Committees of provincial agencies, it is necessary to conduct Party work in a synchronous and comprehensive manner in all aspects of Party building work so that we can continue to improve the quality and efficiency, focusing on political and ideological education, focusing on cadre work, taking care of the Party's foundation; upholding the Party's principles, and innovating the Party's leadership methods.

That must be demonstrated through the way the cadres of the Provincial Agencies Bloc study the Party's resolutions and directives better than elsewhere, avoiding studying resolutions superficially and in a formal way because only when we have good political qualities can we have good thoughts and actions.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies needs to focus on improving the quality of Party activities in general and Party cell activities in particular; pay attention to criticism and self-criticism within the Party in the spirit of building and helping each other to progress; at the same time, it is necessary to take care of the work of cadres doing Party work.
