(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 16, Quynh Luu District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision on transferring and assigning the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presented Decision No. 1378 - QD/TU dated July 31, 2017 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on mobilizing and assigning comrade Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union to work at Quynh Luu District Party Committee.

Comrade Pham Ngoc Canh was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of comrade Pham Ngoc Canh in his position as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.
In response to the common tasks of the province and Quynh Luu district, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam hopes that comrade Pham Ngoc Canh will continue to improve his knowledge and working capacity, especially promoting his role as a leader, promptly grasping information and specific situations of the locality, together with the Party Committee, government, and people of Quynh Luu, to well perform the political tasks of the District Party Congress, and successfully complete the tasks in his new position.
