(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20), Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong and representatives of several departments and branches came to congratulate teachers in Vinh city.

On the morning of November 17, comrade Nguyen Van Thong and the delegation came to congratulate and express gratitude to the family of Mr. Vo Van Ha, a teacher at the Vietnam - Germany Technical Vocational College in Nghe An and the family of Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Mau Canh, Principal of the College of Culture and Arts of Nghe An province.
