Circular 02 on the National High School Exam Regulations was officially announced by the Ministry of Education on February 26, 2015 and began to be applied from the 2014-2015 school year. This is the first exam to apply the new regulations on the basis of which it aims to achieve two goals: both to obtain results for graduation recognition, to assess the quality of general education, and to provide data as a basis for university and college admissions. To successfully implement this exam, at the conference, Dr. Mai Van Trinh introduced new features of this year's National High School Exam. At the same time, he raised a number of issues to note during the implementation process and directly answered questions from delegates about the contents according to the new regulations.

Dr. Mai Van Trinh speaks at the conference |
The conference helps the dissemination of the national high school exam regulations in our province to be more timely and convenient. In our province, immediately after the regulations were approved, the Department requested all cadres, teachers, employees and grade 12 students in all national high schools to study the national high school exam regulations and disseminate the guidance documents of the Ministry and the Department. In addition, it guides the organization of teaching and reviewing for grade 12 students to ensure the standards of knowledge, skills, and orientation for developing students' capacity. Organize the examination, review of records, and registration for students to ensure the registration time is correct before April 30, 2015.
