At the meeting, members of the working group reflected on many shortcomings, obstacles and difficulties arising in the process of implementing tasks at the provincial and communal levels. In particular, in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses at the Public Administration Service Centers of some communes and wards, there is still a lack of facilities, cramped working rooms, lack of working computers for officials and civil servants, and limited professional capacity and information technology of some civil servants.
Along with that, the information technology infrastructure and the ability to access public services of some people are limited; the use of some shared software causes congestion, affecting the progress of settlement. The rate of online settlement of administrative procedures in the whole province is still low.
Focus on reviewing and recommending solutions to difficulties
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Inter-sectoral Working Group requested that the members of the working group, based on their assigned fields and areas, should strengthen supervision and support localities in resolving difficulties within their scope and conditions; at the same time, promptly detect shortcomings, obstacles, and difficulties and propose solutions to the Provincial People's Committee as well as communes and wards.

Regarding the difficulties in human resources, facilities and equipment at the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long affirmed: The responsibility of the Working Group will be to recommend and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct communes and wards to arrange and allocate facilities for the Public Administration Service Center to meet the transaction needs of the people; research and arrange competent officials and civil servants to perform tasks at the Public Administration Service Center; strengthen the activities of the Community Digital Technology Team in guiding people to submit documents online. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct relevant departments and branches to increase staff at the grassroots level to train and guide people and businesses in handling administrative procedures, especially in the field of land, ensuring that the grassroots government operates at two levels smoothly and effectively.
