Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street specializes in trading electronic telecommunications equipment, offices, and mobile phones; Tran Phu Street sells furniture and Quang Trung Street sells electronics, refrigeration, bicycles, and motorbikes.

Currently, after 5 years of planning: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street has increased from 38 households specializing in electronics, telecommunications, and telephones to 53 households; Quang Trung street has increased from 46 households to 54 households selling bicycles and motorbikes; Tran Phu street has increased from 27 households to 36 households selling furniture. In addition to the above 3 streets, Vinh City also has specialized streets on Phan Dinh Phung and Pham Hong Thai streets, trading in construction materials (with 49 households, accounting for 39% of other industries); Dang Thai Than street has 53 households trading in clothes, accounting for 43% of other industries. On many streets: many items are sold more than bought, making it difficult for some business owners to change their products. Some streets are gradually becoming specialized streets such as Nguyen Van Cu Street, which concentrates hundreds of clothing shops but is not in the city's planning. This must be something that Dang Thai Than, the clothing specialized street, must "ponder" because customers coming to buy on this street are gradually decreasing. Why is that? Is it because the quality of goods on the specialized street is not eye-catching, not "unique", not branded, but still "average"?
