Deputy Director of Sex Clip Leaked in the West Expelled from the Party

On the afternoon of October 3, the Standing Committee of Ke Sach District Party Committee issued Party disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Van Vien (41 years old), Deputy Director of the Ke Sach District Land Use Registration Office Branch, for violating the Party member's ethics and lifestyle and violating the Law on Marriage and Family.

"12/12 members of the Standing Committee voted unanimously to impose the highest disciplinary measure on Mr. Vien, expulsion from the Party," said an official of the Standing Committee of the Ke Sach District Party Committee, adding that the disciplinary decision will be issued tomorrow morning.

A month ago, a sex clip of Mr. Vien with his young lover, a female accountant at a local elementary school, was leaked. Working with the organization, the deputy director admitted that he was the character in the sex clip, and at the same time accepted the disciplinary warning from the Party, but it was not accepted.

Speaking with VnExpress, the leader of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Soc Trang province said that after the results of the Party's disciplinary action, the department will take administrative disciplinary action against Mr. Vien.

Mr. Vien is a man with a wife and two children; the female accountant is a man with a husband and one child.
