Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese delegation left Hanoi on the evening of August 30 to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2025 and work in China from August 31 to September 1.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc visited, encouraged, inspected and urged the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 in the border commune of My Ly (Nghe An).

On the afternoon of August 3, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister directly visited My Ly commune, Nghe An province to visit and encourage people and inspect and direct the work of overcoming the consequences of floods.
The Government supports 100 billion VND for Nghe An, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc will directly inspect the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

The Prime Minister has just decided to provide emergency support of VND250 billion to three provinces: Nghe An, Dien Bien and Son La to overcome the consequences of floods from the central budget reserve in 2025, of which Nghe An province is allocated VND100 billion.
