Article 7 of the Education Law if written according to the proposed improvements of Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Hien. |
Accordingly, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Hien's opinion on improving the national language was proposed in a scientific conference of the Linguistics sector. The Ministry of Education and Training respects all serious research works and proposals of scientists.
However, to put a proposal related to the issue of improving the writing of the national language into practice, it is necessary to have the assessment of experts, opinions of all walks of life, and the consideration and decision of the National Assembly and the Government.
The Ministry of Education and Training does not have enough authority and does not plan to apply any plan to improve the national writing system at the present stage./.
