According to Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, for more than two days now, Vietnam has officially entered phase 2 of the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic when the 17th case appeared. Phase 2 is more difficult than the first phase when the epidemic has spread to more than 100 countries. Vietnam must prevent the epidemic from hundreds of directions instead of just a few directions like before.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that we have made health declaration mandatory for everyone entering Vietnam, but that is not enough and we need to implement health declaration for all Vietnamese people.
