Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee works in Nghi Loc

(Baonghean)On the morning of January 17, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee had a working session in Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc district. Accompanying him were leaders and experts from a number of departments of the Central Organizing Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Working with representatives of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Nghi Dien commune, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam and the working delegation learned about the situation of the team of communal-level cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers in the locality from the commune level to the hamlet level, the allowances, subsidies and living expenses of each cadre position.

Currently, the staff of Nghi Dien commune has been standardized, has professional qualifications and political qualities to complete the task well. The political system from commune to hamlet has been consolidated, improving the quality of activities, so it has done a good job of mobilizing the masses, building solidarity between religions and between religions, and effectively implementing the political tasks of the locality.

At the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee grasped the difficulties, obstacles as well as the recommendations and proposals of the locality regarding personnel work.
