(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the Government's policy in Official Dispatch No. 3069/VPCP-KTTH dated April 17, 2013, under the direction of Vietnam Social Security, from October 2013 in Nghe An province, monthly social insurance (SI) payments are made through the postal system.
