Effective coordination between the three forces of Border Guard - Police - Military in performing national defense and security tasks
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, January 21, at the Provincial Border Guard Command, a conference was held to implement Decree 77/2010/ND-CP and Circular 07/2012 TTLT-BCA-BQP between the three forces of Border Guard - Police - Military. Attending and directing was comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The report at the conference showed that in 2012, the Border Guard, Police and Military forces effectively coordinated in crime prevention, defense drills, storm and flood prevention, search and rescue, national defense education, military recruitment, etc. At the same time, they actively coordinated in exchanging information, reaching consensus on assessments and advising the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on how to properly handle the task of firmly protecting national sovereignty, maintaining political security, social order and safety in the province, avoiding passivity and surprise.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai suggested that in the coming time, the three forces: border guards, police and military need to further promote the implementation of Decree 77 of the Government and Circular 07 of the Inter-ministerial Committee and Decision 30 of the Provincial People's Committee. Focus on doing a good job of propaganda to create awareness changes for all classes of people about the Party and State's guidelines and policies in national defense and security, propaganda about the country's sovereignty over seas and islands, innovate forecasting work, grasp the situation, closely coordinate in the fight against crime; do a good job of foreign affairs with neighboring provinces of Laos; improve the effectiveness of exchange work and proactively respond when situations arise./.
