In the period of 2018 - 2022, the coordination program between Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and Nghe An Provincial Women's Union has had many remarkable results. Learning from the limitations and promoting the results achieved from the coordination program for the period 2018 - 2022, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and Nghe An Provincial Women's Union continue to sign a coordination program to organize activities for female civil servants, public employees and workers for the period 2022 - 2027.

Accordingly, the coordination program includes 7 key contents, including propaganda work, grasping the thoughts and aspirations and implementing the protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female union members, promoting the leadership role of female union officials and members participating in the Standing Committee of the Women's Union at all levels, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, etc.

Based on the provincial coordination program, the Labor Federation and the District Women's Union will implement a coordination program in accordance with the characteristics and actual conditions of the locality and unit. Every year, develop a specific program of activities, select at least one activity for the District, City, and Town Labor Federation to take the lead in implementing, and the Women's Union at the same level to coordinate.

Sharing about the coordination program, Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union acknowledged the increasingly specific and in-depth activities that directly impacted female civil servants, public employees and workers that the two units have done in the past time. From those activities, the role and achievements of women are promptly recognized. In addition, the staff of the two units have a close and unified connection.

On the side of the Provincial Labor Federation, comrade Kha Van Tam affirmed that the coordination program between the two units is increasingly widespread, profound, and selective in its activities.
