Nghe An Provincial Police Traffic Police Department announces search for vehicle owner who committed administrative violation
Through patrolling, controlling and handling violations in the field of traffic safety, the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province discovered, made records and decided to temporarily detain 306 motorbikes for administrative violations (list attached).
The detention period has now expired but the violator, vehicle owner, and legal representative have not come to handle or resolve the matter. The following characteristics apply:
Pursuant to Article 126 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2012 (amended and supplemented in 2020) on handling of seized and confiscated exhibits and means of administrative violations. The Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police respectfully requests C01, C02, C08 - Ministry of Public Security; PC08 of the Public Security of provinces and centrally-run cities; PC01, PC02 of the Provincial Police and the Public Security of districts, cities and towns to check whether the above vehicles are on the list of evidence of any case (if so, please send a document to the Traffic Police Department - Nghe An Provincial Police for settlement). At the same time, announce on Nghe An Provincial Radio and Television and mass media, notify vehicle owners to the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police(Address: 108 Hoang Phan Thai, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city, Nghe An province for settlement, Phone: 0818.777.779).
Within 30 days(from the date of announcement)If the vehicle owner, violator, or legal representative does not come to resolve the matter, the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police will proceed with the handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
