Since the multi-functional sports complex was completed, Ngoc Son has enjoyed the feeling of "going it alone." On days when he doesn't perform, he does push-ups, lifts weights, plays soccer, practices martial arts, and dances until he runs out of energy. "I play, rest, recover, and play again, and that's how the whole day goes. 20 years ago, I had to drink 0.5 - 1 cup of alcohol to sleep, but now that I don't drink, I'm lucky I can exercise," he said.
