Processing of exam papers after reviewing 2014 university entrance exam scores
The exam papers after being re-evaluated will be processed by the Secretariat as follows: If the results of the two re-evaluated exams are the same, the exam papers will be handed over to the Head of the Re-evaluating Board to sign and confirm the official score.
If the results of the two re-examinations are different, the exam paper will be withdrawn and handed over to the Head of the Re-examination Board to organize a third direct marking of the candidate's paper using a different color ink.
If the results of 2 out of 3 re-examinations are the same, the same score will be taken as the official score. If the results of all three re-examinations are different, the Head of the Re-examination Board will take the average score of the 3 re-examinations as the official score and sign to confirm.
In case of exam review, if the candidate changes from being unsuccessful to being admitted (and vice versa) or the difference is 0.5 points or more, the Admissions Council must organize a direct dialogue between the first round of exam examiners and the reviewers (with minutes recorded) for the candidates' exams with adjusted scores.
If the school's Admissions Council confirms that the first round of marking was so incorrect that the scores must be adjusted, the school's Admissions Council will publicly announce the list of examiners who marked the first round of marking to gain experience, or if there are negative signs, it will handle them according to regulations.
The re-examination score after the dialogue between the two pairs of examiners and the Head of the Re-examination Board submits it to the Chairman of the Examination Council for approval is the official score of the exam.
