Plan for allocating resources to receive support for Covid-19 prevention and control in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh, in addition to the amount of money that has been supported for units and forces of nearly 7 billion VND, the remaining amount received will continue to support the second phase for units doing epidemic prevention and control work, while ensuring a part of the reserve fund according to the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control management scenario of the province.

According to information from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, as of 10:00 a.m. on April 12, the whole province had mobilized money and goods with a total of nearly 60 billion VND to support the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
Accordingly, at the provincial level, 363 agencies, organizations and individuals (including 95 agencies, administrative units, 119 enterprises and 149 individuals) registered to support with a total of nearly 25.1 billion VND; including registered cash support of 16.15 billion VND; support in kind worth more than 8.9 billion VND.
Up to now, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front has received support from agencies, units and individuals with a total amount of 20.4 billion VND; of which 15.4 billion in cash and more than 5 billion VND in kind.

On the morning of April 12, at the office of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Colonel, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command Pham Van Dong led a working delegation to present 306 million VND to support the province's Covid-19 prevention and control work. Colonel Pham Van Dong affirmed that the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and districts, cities and towns have taken timely action in propagating and mobilizing organizations and individuals to support and promptly support and encourage forces serving at concentrated quarantine points in the province. As for the district level, as of 5:00 p.m. on April 11, 21/21 districts, cities, and towns had received support totaling VND34.8 billion; of which more than VND25.1 billion was in cash and more than VND9.7 billion in kind. Typically, Vinh city received more than VND5 billion; Dien Chau district received more than VND3.6 billion; Do Luong district received more than VND2.6 billion; Nghi Loc district received more than VND2.4 billion; Nghia Dan district received more than VND2.2 billion.
From the support received at the provincial level, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee said that regarding the artifacts, recently, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Standing Committee has promptly transferred them to units performing anti-epidemic tasks.

Regarding cash received, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has organized the first round of support with a total of more than 7 billion VND; of which 6.5 billion VND is for the health sector to implement Covid-19 prevention and control work and the remaining amount through members of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control is given to support forces on duty at centralized quarantine points in the province.

According to the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh, the remaining amount of money received will continue to support the second phase for sectors and forces working on epidemic prevention and control based on the proposed needs of the units; at the same time, ensuring a part of the reserve source according to the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control management scenario of the province./.
