To rectify the above activities, Hung Binh ward has recently established inspection teams including: urban order and rules team, police, cultural officers to dismantle dozens of banners, flags and advertising signs without permits that were hung, erected, and installed in violation of regulations on electric poles and trees on roads such as Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Le Loi, Nguyen Sy Sach, Nguyen Van Cu... At the same time, records were drawn up to impose administrative penalties on individuals and organizations that violated the regulations. In addition, the ward coordinates with the city and the Telecommunications Center to verify and track down phone numbers and violators of advertising, classified ads, and graffiti on public works to handle such cases as cutting off phone subscriptions or revoking business licenses for units and businesses that repeatedly violate the law.
