Quang Trung Ward: Granting land use right certificates to resettled households

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 13, representatives of Quang Trung Ward People's Committee went to the field to hand over resettlement land use right certificates to 7 households in the Kim Khi Dien May collective housing area (Block 10) after the households had fulfilled their financial obligations.

Implementing Decision 952/QD- Vinh City People's Committee assigning Quang Trung Ward the target of resolving 5 collective housing areas with 101 resettled households (including 23 households resettled elsewhere, the rest resettled on-site) in 2014, Quang Trung Ward has actively propagated and mobilized households to clear the land to speed up the implementation of the project to resolve old collective housing in the city. Currently, the ward has basically completed 2 collective housing areas. Of which, the Kim Khi Dien May collective housing area has 15/16 households completing the site clearance themselves.

After the Vinh City People's Committee issued a Decision on land allocation and financial obligations for 15/16 households in the Kim Khi Dien May collective housing area (Block 10, Quang Trung Ward), 8/15 households have completed their financial obligations. At the confectionery factory collective housing area (Block 11), 14/14 households have also completed their land clearance and the City People's Committee issued a Decision on land allocation and financial obligations (October 28, 2014). Up to now, 2 households have completed their financial obligations...

For the remaining 3 collective housing areas, the ward is continuing to submit the adjustment of the subdivision planning because the design documents for marking the boundary of the canal around Vinh Citadel were approved by the City People's Committee on September 16, 2014. It is expected that by December 2014, the ward will complete the planning adjustment and review the application for land allocation to households in the remaining 3 collective housing areas and submit it to the City People's Committee for approval of land allocation according to regulations.
