In connection with the decisions of the United States and the Russian Federation on the INF Treaty, Ukrainian President Poroshenko earlier stated that Kiev has the right to create modern and effective weapons systems for self-defense, including new powerful missile systems.
Mr. Poroshenko said that Ukraine needs high-precision missiles with increased range, capable of hitting targets at great distances, in the enemy's rear.
