Ukrainian army is building defensive fortifications in Kherson

The head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the right bank of the Dnieper River are gradually moving to strategic defense.

"This important factor will determine the course of the military campaign. However, remaining attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to carry out offensives are still possible, as we can see in the Krynki region, in Kherson," the Kherson governor said, and believed that the Russian army would gradually crush the Ukrainian army.

In addition, according to Mr. Saldo, the Ukrainian army is building fortifications on the border with the Mykolaev region and in other places.
