(Baonghean.vn) - To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2015) and the 125th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2015), on the evening of April 27, 2015, the Military Region Command organized a cultural exchange night with the theme "Song of Victory". Participating in the exchange night were agencies, units, schools and twinned units in Vinh City - Nghe An Province.
