Major General Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 presented instant noodles, dry food, and drinking water to people in Phuong My commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh.

The above food includes 2 tons of dry food, 2 tons of instant noodles and 4,000 bottles of mineral water.
