Military Region 4: Competition for excellent grassroots women's union cadres of Cluster 1 in 2013

(Baonghean.vn) - On June 25, 4 agencies of Military Region 4 and the Economic Cooperation Corporation organized the 2013 Competition for Excellent Women's Union Cadres of Cluster 1.

Participating in the contest, members of 5 teams from the General Staff, Political Department, Logistics, Engineering and Economic Cooperation Corporation had to go through 4 rounds: Greeting; Competition on professional knowledge of association work; Competition on propaganda and mobilization ability of association officials and handling situations in implementing the Family Building Campaign according to 8 criteria "5 no, 3 clean".

The highlight of the competitions was that the teams followed the theme closely, staged many skits, singing and dancing performances, folk songs, which were unique, elaborate, and of high artistic quality, with content highlighting the moral qualities of Vietnamese women in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country according to the Four Virtues criteria: "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, and responsibility". Especially in the situation-solving competition with skits, the 5 teams reflected issues of concern such as: Having a third child, domestic violence...

The contest is an opportunity for grassroots women's cadres to exchange, learn, and gain experience in organizing and resolving situations in the activities of grassroots women's associations, thereby enriching and diversifying propaganda and education activities, mobilizing women to perform well their functions of being good at public affairs, taking care of housework, and excellently completing all assigned tasks.



Colonel Phan Dinh Soa, Political Commissar of the Military Region Logistics Department, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest, awarded the Award Flags to the teams at the Contest.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize Flag to the Political Department team, the Second Prize to the Logistics Department team, and the Third Prize to the Technical Department and the General Staff. The Organizing Committee also awarded 5 outstanding members at the competition.
