Military Region 4 inspects preparations for receiving and training new soldiers.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 29, the Military Region 4 working delegation led by Colonel Pham Van Dung - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region inspected the preparation for receiving and training new soldiers at Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
The working delegation included Colonel Tran Vo Viet - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command and relevant functional agencies.

In 2024, Regiment 764 will receive 200 new soldiers for training. Through field inspection, Regiment 764 has thoroughly disseminated the combat training plans and documents of the Military Region and the province to the unit's officers and soldiers strictly and seriously. Organized full training courses, fostered direct training officers, and established a training framework for new soldiers.
Along with that, the training ground was invested in and strengthened; models, teaching aids, and training materials were renewed to meet requirements. The work of building a regular discipline training system was carried out seriously in accordance with the instructions of the Military Region Commander.

The delegation requested Regiment 764 to continue to consolidate and repair the electricity, water, and restroom systems; clean the entire barracks, take care of the flower gardens, ornamental plants, lawns, billboards, and slogans to ensure they are green, clean, and beautiful. After receiving new soldiers, it is necessary to strengthen measures to grasp and manage the number of soldiers and their mental state, ensuring the safety of the unit; quickly stabilize the organization and staffing; and make good preparations to organize the 2024 military training as planned.
In addition, fully prepare and provide quality weapons and equipment for training; organize and publicize standards and regimes for soldiers; promote production; strictly maintain health examination procedures for new soldiers; strengthen hygiene and epidemic prevention work, ensure good living conditions and health of soldiers, and meet training mission requirements in the new situation./.
